Seamus Coleman to join Manchester United?
When David Moyes left Everton for Manchester United he made moves that ensured he'd quickly lose their respect. He tried to sign Leighton Baines, and he signed their star player Marouane Fellaini. On top of that he's also heavily pursued their young starlet, Ross Barkley. If that wasn't enough for the small duration of six months, Moyes has now targeted his former right back Seamus Coleman, which is sure to enrage the fans that once adored him.
The right back has been one of Everton's star players this season as Moyes' new team have fallen short on numerous of occasions. When Manchester United took on rivals Liverpool last weekend, their team looked anything but competitive and one position that was noticeably week was their right back slot. Brazilian Rafael played, and was terrorized throughout. The youngster was so off the pace that he avoided a red card, although his several wreck less challenges certainly deserved punishment.
It's clear Moyes is looking to his old book of knowledge to strengthen his side? But he will need to look elsewhere as United need bigger quality than what his former side can provide. Coleman would provide United with a solid full back both defensively and going forward.
United have already added Juan Mata, and it's widely known that they will look to strengthen their weakened squad with five or six players of a similar quality. Will Moyes land his former star, and do United need Coleman?
