Just days following his infamous DUI arrest in Miami, pop megastar Justin Bieber got a new tattoo while onboard a flight headed to Canada. Check out celebrity tattoo master Bang Bang work his body art magic mid-air here.

Bang Bang tells TMZ that the ink was done 40,000 feet above the air. The turbulence was horrible, making it "the most difficult tattoo I've ever done for sure."

This act wasn't illegal - sources confirm that getting a tattoo done in-flight is okay as long as it doesn't interfere with the safety of passengers and crew.

And the meaning of the new ink? Bieber sent Bang Bang a text explaining:

"Forgiveness is powerful, forgive as Jesus died on the cross to forgive our sins."
