Jon Hamm and Justin Theroux have both fallen victim to the sweatpants "man junk" wardrobe malfunction. The latest celebrity victim? "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, Scott Disick!

On Sunday (March 23), Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy went for a quick grocery run in Calabasas wearing these blue (and rather form-fitting) pajama bottoms. The photo was taken outside of an Rite Aid pharmacy. 

Does the close-up snapshot show the infamous businessman packing some heat? According to TMZ, yes. But according to the infamous gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, no.

But in all honesty, do Mstars fans really even care? Or is Disick's sans-boxer briefs photo downright disturbing?

Disick is the father to Kourtney K's two children - son Mason and daughter Penelope. He currently stars on the hit E! reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
