Selena Gomez served legal papers, subpoenaed in ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber assault case to testify on charges and bedroom activities?

As we're sure you all know, Justin Bieber is currently going through some legal troubles with a 2013 assault case going to court. The suit alleges that the young pop singer ordered his bodyguards to attack a photographer, who was then reportedly kicked in the stomach by Bieber himself. This week, Bieber's on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, who was present during the alleged assault, was served a subpoena to testify in the case.

Considering the lawsuit mentions Gomez by name makes this subpoena no surprise really, but it'll be interesting to see what she has to say. Justin has been ... uncooperative during this whole ordeal, so perhaps Gomez can help things move along more smoothly. But some of the questioning for Gomez might be about the couple's personal life as well.

TMZ reports:

The pap says Selena was right there, so they want her under oath, giving a blow-by-blow.  But we're told even more important is her pillow talk with Justin -- revealing his bitter feelings and short trigger when it comes to paparazzi. Selena is becoming a popular [witness].  The photog in the Miami beating case also wants to question her under oath.  She wasn't there for the alleged attack, so it's all about pillow talk.
