Trina Lawsuit: Gary Indiana wants their money back now or else

Looks like rapper Trina pissed off Michael Jackson's hometown of Gary Indiana. MStars has learned that the "baddest bitch" was scheduled to perform at a Gary club, and was a no show.

P.O.T.O.T.G Records is revealing in a new lawsuit, that Trina was supposed to perform back in July 2013, at the Gary, Indiana club, after she agreed to a payment of $5, 500 up front and another $2k after she gave her performance in front of her fans.

The record label and organizers say the rapper never showed up, taking the deposit. The company is also asking for the money back used to book hotel rooms, cars and advertising.

The sad part about the whole story, is Trina's fans were let down and it's hard to know just how much they paid to see a show.

MStars hopes they received a refund.
