When it comes to being an NFL Hall of Fame member, one thing is guaranteed. People will listen openly to your views and expert knowledge, even if your views are sometimes irrational. Enter Deion Sanders. The succesful former NFL players has been through it all, and you'd like to think he knows a good player when he sees one. It comes as no surprise that Sanders has had his say on the widely discussed Johnny Manziel, but does he see him as a number one pick?

In the latest episode of the Roland Martin Podcast, Sanders discussed Manziel, saying he has "ghetto tendencies", meaning he'd receive extra hate. Does he like Manziel? He explained, "I love Johnny Football. See, the reason people won't accept Johnny Football is because Johnny Football has ghetto tendencies. I love Johnny Football." So it seems Johnny has one more famous fan.

When explaining the ghetto tendencies statement, he explained "Because he was successful, he made it, and he let you all know he made it, and he was cocky, he was flamboyant, and he let you know," It seems like Sanders believes that will help him be an NFL success. Despite the evident problems he believes Manziel should be drafted by the Houston Texans with the No. 1 pick, saying "Man, they better," When asked why, he explained "because he gonna fill the stadium"

Indeed the problems discussed by Sanders are reasons people dismiss the ability of Johnny, but it seems that he has all of the skills of a top class quarterback. The question is, is Manziel worth risking the No. 1 or a top five pick on?
