So - who the heck is this Lucy Clode?!
Well, apparently she's a 15-minutes of cyber famer. She lives in Dollar, Scotland and came to NYC with her mom to celebrate her 18th birthday. And she's now infamous for denying the (much older) "Spring Breakers" heartthrob!
