Grumpy Cat celebrates 2nd Birthday, Friskies announces contest

Internet sensation Grumpy Cat celebrated her birthday among the fashion elite at Vogue on Friday.

Grumpy Cat, a.k.a. Tarder Sauce, took a trip to the magazine's offices for her second birthday. She met and snuggled up with Vogue's creative director, Grace Coddington.

The female feline posed with staff, fans, and magazines during her visit.

Grumpy Cat was first recognized for her famous pout on the Internet site Reddit.  Initially, users thought her frown was photoshopped but the overwhelming photo evidence was the proof her grumpy expression was in fact her face.

Following Grumpy Cat's birthday, Friskies has announced its 1 Million Frowns Challenge.  The frowny cat acquired an endorsement deal with the cat food company this past September.  By uploading a photo using Facebook, Instagram, or the campaign's site with "#1MMGrumpyFrowns," you can enter to win a trip to Grumpy's Super Terrible 2 party in New York City on April 29 and a grand prize of $400 with a total Grand Prize total of $3,400.00.

Other prizes include a Grumpy Cat plush toy and a sample of Friskies Party Mix Crunch Original cat food.

Hundreds of entries have already been submitted.
