Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star, Kandi Burruss refused to walk down the aisle if Todd Tucker didn't sign their prenup agreement the day before the wedding. Eventually, the couple made it to the alter with minor hiccups after Todd allegedly walked out the night before the nuptials over the legal document, but finally agreed to sign.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, Todd agreed to the following:

1. Kandi gets to keep the house, her cars, and any and all assets that she had before they got married.
2. In the event that Kandi dies, all of her assets go to daughter Riley, and not to Todd.
3. If the marriage ends before 5 years Todd gets NOTHING. If the marriage ends between 5-10 years, Todd gets $100K, and after 10 years, Todd gets $300K.
4. The couple agrees to have separate accounts. Any money and any assets that aren't in accounts with Todd's name ONLY - belong to Kandi 100% in the event of a divorce.

Real Housewives of Atlanta honorary member, Mama Joyce is still not happy about her daughter Kandi Burruss' marriage to Todd Tucker despite them tying the knot this past weekend.

In an interview with Too Fab, Mama Joyce says that she supports her daughter, but still thinks Tucker wasn't a good choice for her.

"Long as she's happy, that's the one that has to be happy. Doesn't make no difference if I'm happy or not, she's the one that has to live with him. I  did everything I could do. If she's jumping in the river with sharks, she's gonna get chewed up." She added, "It's not about me, whether I'm right or wrong. People show you their best when you're dating them, so if she's seeing the best now, the worst is yet to come. I can't wait till you see the wedding pictures ... to see how beautiful I was."

Mama Joyce revealed that the wedding almost didn't occur when Tucker refused to sign the prenup the day before the wedding setting off Burruss' mother's protective instinct she has displayed throughout this season

"I got a little pissed at the bridegroom the night before this wedding. He kind of held up on signing the prenup and didn't come to the rehearsal dinner because he didn't want to sign it." She revealed, "His mom said she didn't see no reason for him to have to sign because they were in love. He was the one who didn't have a damn thing, but that's another story. But from what I understand, he did sign."
