Wes Scantlin of Puddle of Mudd Guilty for Possessing Drugs

The frontman of Puddle Of Mudd, Wes Scantlin, has been caught again with possession of the dangerous narcotic cocaine.  He should have received two misdemeanors - one for being under the influence of a controlled substance and the other for driving without a drivers license.  

However, if the rocker enrolls into a drug counseling program to clean up his act, those charges will be dropped.  Scantlin luckily received the chance to avoid any prison time as well.

Before August 8, the rocker must show proof that he has enrolled in the drug counseling program.  Once he completes the program, the charge will be dropped.
