Girl Meets World Released Trailer for Upcoming Disney Channel Series [Watch Trailer Here]

Cory and Topanga are back!!

Fans of the hit 90's ABC TV series, Boy Meets World have reason to rejoice today. A new trailer has finally finally finally been released for show Girl Meets World!!! Months have passed since Disney Channel officially announced that they were picking up spinoff show Girl Meets World, a series following the life of Cory and Topanga's daughter, Riley.

The show which debuts this summer on Disney Channel will take place in New York City and will follow the lives of the Matthews family, Cory, Topanga, and daughter Riley, as they navigate through parenthood and raising a teenager in New York.

In the trailer we are introduced to Riley and her best friend Maya, played by Sabrina Carpenter. She is the daughter of Sean Hunter who was one of the main characters on Boy Meets World, played by Rider Strong.

Strong is set to make an appearance on an upcoming holiday special alongside Betsey Randle and William Russ who played Cory's parents in the flagship show.

Other original cast members making the jump to Girl Meets World include William Daniel's character of Mr. Feeny, and Lee Norris who will reprise his role as Minkus.

Norris told E! News, "I've had a great time being back on set with some of my old friends. It still amazes me how many people love and remember Minkus, and I'm excited for the fans to catch up with him.

Fans are definitely going to be happy to catch up with all the returning members of the Boy Meets World family.
