Tori Spelling's reality show has shocking confessional promo (VIDEO)

Lifetime gave Tori Spelling another reality show and boy, does it look uncomfortably real.

 Spelling, 40, says, "Every tabloid always got it wrong. Every story you could create, they've told," in the promotional video for the show.  The shocking admission in the video is Dean McDermott's startling confession, "Sex was an escape, just like drugs and alcohol."

McDermott, 47, also says, "That's my worst nightmare, that I've cheated on my wife... I was out of control."  This leaves room for speculation that the promotional team cut film to heighten the drama of the couple's relationship struggles.  McDemott could have possibly lost control while drinking and using drugs to the point he could have had an affair or he could have just not remembered what happened the next day.

Spelling's main concerns with her husband are with his insatiable desire for sex.  A sobbing Spelling says, "I can never give him enough sex. He's never going to be happy with just me."

With the reality series premiere looming in the distance, the conclusion that Spelling announces: "I'm well aware that this may not have a happy ending."

The couple married in 2006 and have since starred in a number of reality television shows and Lifetime movies.  The pair has four children together: Finn Davey, 1; Hattie Margret, 2; Stella Doreen, 5; and Liam Aaron, 6.

True Tori premieres April 22 at 10/9c on Lifetime.
