Bethenny Frankel's Husband Jason Hoppy Ready to Move on from Real Housewives of New York Star
Jason Hoppy is ready to hop away from Bethenny Frankel.
Hoppy who has been separated from his wife for 16 month finally decided it was time to stop wearing his wedding band. The reality star and businessman has kept wearing the ring even through the hardships of the past year. Jason even kept the ring on after finding out that separated wife Bethenny Frankel was rumored to have started a new relationship with financer, Michael A. Cerussi.
The couple has been going through the trials of divorce ever since Frankel filed in January of 2013. Hoppy continued to wear his wedding ring during the whole time they were separated, possibly with a hope of reuniting. He was most recently photographed at the end of February wearing the ring on his finger.
New photos have just emerged of Hoppy at a custody hearing over his daughter Bryn sans the wedding band. He took the ring off his finger, sending a clear message that there is no hope in repairing the strained relationship between Frankel and himself.
So what took him so long to take the ring off?
Bethenny told People magazine last spring that the reason she filed for divorce was because the relationship was making her feel broken. "I felt like there was an expectation to be someone that I wasn't. My marriage made me feel like I was a bad person like I was damaged, I was dysfunctional, I was never going to be happy. But I don't believe that to be true. Yet there I was- in a relationship that made me feel that way."
