Soccer fans all over the world would often reply "the Premier League" if they were asked which league was the best. So what happens to the teams that desire to be there, and the players who have played there before or still harness ambitions of doing so? The Championship is England's second-tier division, but Brighton & Hove Albion are hoping they will soon leave it behind as they clasp on to the final playoff place, meaning their dream of playing Premier League soccer next year is still alive.

In their way was struggling Huddersfield Town, so surely it would be an easy win to take the pressure off, right? Huddersfield had other ideas. Within 6 minutes former Manchester United prospect Oliver Norwood curled in a free kick giving the Terriers the early lead. Brighton passed and passed, but seemed unwilling to shoot.

Former Manchester United keeper Tomasz Kuszcak was a hero in goal, ensuring the early goal he conceded would be the only one. With Brighton struggling to get forward, their former right back, Bruno, formerly of Spanish side Valencia, had other things in mind. The veteran defender was a menace at both ends, and got forward late on in a play in which he smashed the ball home to earn Brighton a 1-1 draw that keeps their promotion dream alive.

Although it was a day revolving around players hoping to get back to the Premier League, it was Bruno, and Brighton's impact substitute Craig Mackail Smith that changed the game in the second half. Can this pairing lead their team to a division in which they've yet to play in?
