‘Adventure Time’ Writer Kate Leth Joins Boom! Studios With ‘Bravest Warriors’ Comic Book!

A new creative team will be joining KaBOOM!'s hit comic title, Bravest Warriors. Starting in June, Kate Leth takes over writing duties with new series artist Ian McGinty.

From the creator of Adventure Time, Pendleton Ward presents audiences with an animated sci-fi web series, Bravest Warriors. The series revolves around about four teenage heroes-for-hire who save the galaxy time and time again through the power of friendship and emotions. They even use weaponized animal hybrids during their adventures.

Plot Synopsis:

The Bravest Warriors are always up for saving the universe. But what happens when the universe has to save them! It's sure to be a crazy mission, and if the universe isn't up for it, then hopefully Catbug will come up with something...right?

In the world of comics, Leth is known for the Kate or Die strip at Comics Alliance. Leth has also contributed in many KaBOOM! and BOOM! Box projects, including Adventure Time with Fionna and Cake, The Midas Flesh, and Lumberjanes.
