Your Favorite ‘Marvel Super Heroes’ Are Coming To ‘Disney Infinity’ 2.0 Videogame This Fall! [Watch Video]

With the success of Disney Infinity, the game developers at Avalanche Software have decided to up the ante and include your favorite Marvel superheroes into the lineup. Your favorite Disney-themed characters and the popular Marvel heroes have teamed up for one incredible videogame.

According to IGN, Disney has announced Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes. This "2.0 edition" of the game will include Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Nick Fury as playable characters. With their movie coming up this summer, Groot and Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy will be making their way to the videogame as well. The storyline will be written by Brian Michael Bendis, known for Ultimate Spider-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy comics.

In the announcement trailer, the world of Disney/Pixar is suddenly changed when the Marvel superheroes arrive. Drive around the streets in a yellow car as Black Widow and watch Iron Man fly around Marvel Manhattan. I really want to see if Mr. Incredible can handle himself in a fight against the Hulk.

Expected sometime in the fall 2014, Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes will be available in all platforms, including Wii U, Xbox, PlayStation 4, and PC. There are so many characters added to the expansion, you'll definitely be playing this game for hours.
