'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' star Erica Dixon defends Lil Scrappy from ex Diamond who accused the rapper of abuse
Erica Dixon may not have liked her co-star and friend, Mimi Faust sex-tape but she is proud of her ex fiance' Lil Scrappy for the work he is doing in their daughter's life.
Erica is now trying to get use to the single life again after her breakup with former fiance' Lil Scrappy. The former lovers are co-parenting and Erica makes it clear that there will be no reconciliation in the future.
"There was no rekindling," she replied when asked if she would give Scrappy another chance.
"We were engaged; that's nothing you play with. We were on the verge of getting married and you still were messing with other women. Are you serious? Why even propose? We have a daughter. This is teaching her it's okay to play with someone's heart."
Erica also said that she doubts Scrappy was abusive to his ex Diamond, who accused him of abusing her during their past relationship, during an radio interview with the Breakfast Club.
"She's saying that because she needs a little shine," said Erica who wants to know why Diamond didn't speak up before.
"Oh, you're on a new reality show. Right...I'm not dumb by a long shot. I get it," said Erica. "Keep it real. You don't have to fabricate anything to make yourself look a certain way."
But we will see soon on the new season of Love & Hip Hop what made one cast member throw wine at Lil Scrappy. MStars previously reported that the show has increased security for the new season to calm the fights down between cast members, and civilians who want to fight the reality show stars.
Diamond seems to be following Love & Hip Hop star K. Michelle's footsteps because she accused MeMpHiTz Wright of beating her when they dated, which caused a distance friendship to form between the singer and most of the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta season 1 cast. Erica doubts all claims Diamond has made against her baby daddy, just like Rasheeda doubted K. Michelle.
