The Hunger Games: Mockingjay will be split into two parts and will end the story of Katniss Everdeen and her friends as they rebel against the Capital and President Snow in an attempt to overthrow the regime that has ruled for more than 75 years. According to a new report, the final film in this story has added a new face.

The Hollywood Reporter reports Michelle Forbes has joined Mockingjay: Part 2 as Lieutenant Jackson, a soldier from the rebellious District 13. Forbes has worked on Star Trek: The Next Generation, True Blood, Battlestar Galactica and Orphan Black.

Mockingjay Part 1 hits theaters on Nov. 21, 2014 and Mockingjay Part 2 releases on Nov. 20, 2015.

In other news, Deadline reported that Gwendoline Christie, who plays Brienne of Tarth on HBO's hit Game of Thrones, will replace American Horror Story actress Lily Rabe for the role of Commander Lyme in Mockingjay. Rabe had to drop out of the film because of a scheduling conflict with her previous commitment to Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare in the Park.

In the Mockingjay book, Commander Lyme is a leader of the rebellious District 13. She comes from District 2 and won a previously unseen edition of the Hunger Games. Christie's work on Game of Thrones should no doubt serve her well in this movie, as her character on the show is a sword-wielding fighter who takes no prisoners. But she also has a softer side that allows her to show her acting chops.
