Dark Horse Comics Presents Stan Sakai’s New Series ‘Usagi Yojimbo: Senso!’ Plus New Softcover and Limited Hardcover Omnibus Editions For ‘Usagi Yojimbo Saga!’

For the rabbit Ronin's thirtieth anniversary, Dark Horse Comics proudly presents two new compilations for the Usagi Yojimbo series. Writer/artist Stan Sakai returns to his marvelous samurai rabbit saga with an all-new six-issue miniseries, Usagi Yojimbo: Senso, which will follow the debut of the Usagi Yojimbo Saga collection.

In his first introduction, Usagi was protecting village from a violent band of assassins. He found himself reluctantly engaging in a duel for blood money. Usagi then went on an epic trek filled with sword-fighting adventures.

Usagi Yojimbo: Senso #1 takes place as Miyamoto Usagi has been fighting as a general for Lord Noriyuki for twenty years. In the fury of his final battle with the treacherous Lord Hikiji, a metal rocket suddenly crashes onto Earth. Inside the rocket is an enemy that neither side could have ever imagined.
