Love and Hip Hop: ATL Joseline Hernandez's Friend Hit With Bottle In Bloody Fight With Shay Johnson [VIDEO]: Stevie J Helps Victim

A video of former Love and Hip Hop: ATL star Shay Johnson hitting Joseline Hernandez's friend over the head with a bottle at Sleazy and Zino (Stevie J's and Benzino's new lounge and club) has gone viral.

The former Flavor Flav constant was at a club VIP section with old flame, rapper Scrappy and his mother Momma Dee when she started arguing with the woman and hit her over the head with a Ciroc bottle, leaving her bloody. Immediately, a fight ensued and the women started pulling hair as Stevie J and other people tried to break the fight up.

There was a close up of the bloody victim on the video who was later rushed out with Stevie J's shirt on her head covering her wound. According to Instagram account thedonjazzyf the occurred three months ago and the fight was originally between Momma Dee and the victim.
