The Aubrey Taylor Experiment releases song about Cleveland Brown's Johnny 'Football' Manziel
For a while now many, have known that there was a price to pay with drafting Johnny Manziel and the Cleveland Browns certainly don't seem to mind - despite repeatedly telling the world they want little attention. All of this publicity certainly can't be bad for a struggling franchise, can it? Manziel has long been known as "Johnny Football," with some calling him "Johnny Cleveland." It seems that name may become a permanent fixture.
A group that goes by the name The Aubrey Taylor Experiment have released a song called "Johnny Cleveland (Wreck This League)", and the catchy rap song has been a huge hit in Cleveland - a city that simply cannot get enough of anything related to their rookie QB. Manziel was the No. 22 selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, but his hyper is seemingly bigger than two No. 1 picks combined.
Manziel apparently texted the Browns encouraging them to draft him. Rumours suggest he sent a text along the lines of "Let's wreck this league" and that convinced the Browns to make their move quicker than they'd planned. Now this new rap song is paying tribute to the new star in Cleveland, and the text that supposedly brought him to Cleveland in the first place.
Are we about to witness a bigger form of 'Tebowmania' with Manziel? Hopefully for the Browns sake, he can play a lot better on the field. It seems like the for the next 12 months any get rich quick schemes will involve Mr. Money Manziel himself.
