Latest Game of Thrones Season 4 Episode 'Mockingbird' Ties Another Ratings Record

Much like The Walking Dead on AMC, Game of Thrones on HBO continues to raise the ratings bar week after week, and the most recent installment was no different.

The episode, entitled "Mockingbird," drew 7.2 million viewers in the 9 p.m. time slot to tie the series high it set two weeks ago. Including repeats, the show hauled in 8.5 million viewers, slightly less than its highest-rated installment. HBO's press release actually calls "Mockingbird" the most-watched episode in the series' run because it calculated the viewership to one more decimal point than usual.

The series has set or tied ratings records four times thus far in Season 4.

Game of Thrones will not air a new episode this Sunday because of the Memorial Day weekend, but the hit series returns on June 1 with a brand new installment. Here are the descriptions for the remaining three episodes of Season 4:

Season 4 Episode 8: "The Mountain and the Viper"

SUNDAY, JUNE 15 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT)
