Owl City is a self-proclaimed "nerdy Blink fan" and calls his recent collaboration with Blink-182's Mark Hoppus as a "dream come true".  According to Owl City's Adam Young, their new track titled "Dementia" is "definitely Blink-influenced".  Both Blink and Owl City fans can get the best of both worlds on this up tempo track.

"I learned that it is possible to be at a level where Mark is at and still be incredibly genuine and incredibly real," Young shared with MTV News on July 3rd during the filming of "Good Time" with Carly Rae Jepsen.

"Because, first of all, I've never laughed so hard in the session 'cause the guy's so funny and he's always like, he's like the funny guy who's in that band and he just has this thing where it's so him and sometimes you meet people and you're not sure if they're really the way they perceive themselves to be."

The ever so positive Young will be releasing his full length album The Midsummer Station that includes "Dementia" featuring Mark Hoppus and "Good Time" featuring Carly Rae Jepsen on August 21.

The Owl City Midsummer Station World Tour has recently been announced.  A full list of tour dates can be found here: https://bit.ly/MROLWi.
