MStars has learned that the 18-year-old baby sister to newlywed Kim Kardashian just brought herself a nice condo in L.A.

That's right! Jenner paid for it all by herself. Kendall is now the proud owner of a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, overlooking the city of L.A.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star lives near Westwood, and according to TMZ, she paid $1,399,000, and got a $910,000 mortgage.

The building's amenities include, a 24-hour valet, a concierge and doorman, heated pool, fitness center, catering kitchen, social room, card room and wine storage.

Although momanger Kris Jenner is listed on the property documents, the site is 100% sure this young lady paid for her new place with her own money.

The realtor who earned commission, and their first sale from Jenner is Farrah Aldjufrie, the daughter of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards.
