Quentin Tarantino, Uma Thurman Dating Rumors: 'Kill Bill' Starlet Single, Director Comforts His Muse

Quentin Tarantino has never hid the fact that he considers Uma Thurman to be his muse. From her role in his hit Pulp Fiction to him creating a franchise for her with the Kill Bill movies, Tarantino has always had Thurman on his mind when it came to his filmmaking. But now that the lovely actress is single after splitting with Arpad Busson, it looks like Uma and Quentin have moved into the romantic realm of their relationship.

The two recently spent time together at the Cannes Film Festival (pictured above) and have apparently started up a romantic relationship since.

"They had a thing and got together again recently," an insider said, according to Us Weekly. "He's loved her for years."

"There has always been an attraction," another source allegedly said. "She has indulged from time to time, and that's how their relationship has always worked."

We're used to seeing the two together, but is romance really a possibility?

"I think we're really different people actually, but that's what's fun about talking to each other," Uma said of Quentin in 2002. "We have very different perspectives. He's a very extroverted, public person. I'm a very introverted person."

"We're just very different characters, but somehow or other ..." the actress said, trailing off with a shrug.
