The CW Network has released a new featurette for their upcoming TV series starring the DC Comics superhero. The Flash can do the impossible and run at super-speed, but does anyone really believe him?

As reported here, the CW released a previous video featuring the core members of S.T.A.R. Labs. Tom Cavanagh plays Dr. Harrison Wells, the leader of this small band of geeky scientists. Cisco Ramone (Carlos Valdes) is the guy who makes the toys, possibly the red costume, for the speedster. Caitlin Stone (Danielle Panabaker) is determined to keep Barry following her rules, while testing how fast he can actually run.

In the DC Universe, Barry Allen is the fastest man alive and can outrun anyone, including Superman. When the entire world was at the brink of destruction, the Flash had to run at his fastest and go beyond his limitations. In order to save the world, the red speedster ran faster than the speed of light, which led to his decade's long disappearance. Before the New 52, Wally West, Barry's nephew, became the new Flash during his missing years.

Interestingly, the Arrow spinoff hasn't said out loud how fast Barry (Grant Gustin) really is. In the short video, Cavanagh states, "Barry is exhibiting things not possible but are happening. Our team at least initially seems like we are just trying to determine why he can do the things he can do. But there is much more to it than that."

The Flash is slated to premiere Tuesdays at 8pm in the fall. Readers, how fast do you think the speedster can actually run?
