The 2014 World Cup is well and truly under way, but the clubs aren't taking a break. The world's best clubs, particularly the English Premier League's clubs, are working day and night to try and secure a deal to land some of the world's best players, whilst most of them are busy trying to fire their team to World Cup glory. The rumours are non-stop and they seem to get more and more exciting by the day. Two of Argentina's stars are the focus of today's rumours.

Sergio Aguero has been linked with a move away from the EPL, but the Manchester City forward wants to stay, but could his Argentina teammate, Gonzalo Higuain, be heading to the EPL? The forward wants to leave Napoli, and is being chased by Barcelona, alongside EPL sides Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United. It looks more likely that two of Argentina's greatest players will grace the EPL in 2015 rather than none.

Everton are using their past season of good form to chase big-name players. They are chasing Torino and Italy striker, Alessio Cerci, and it's believed they will need to pay around $15 million to land the 26-year-old forward. They are also fighting it out with Queens Park Rangers to land top prospect Tom Ince.

The biggest news being discussed right now, is that Italian forward Mario Balotelli is available from AC Milan, and EPL clubs are chasing his signature, with Arsenal believed to be at the front of the line. However, it would cost them around $40 million dollars to land one of the world's best strikers.
