Cameroon Vs. Croatia Free Online Live Streaming [WATCH NOW]: Wednesday June 18, 2014 FIFA World Cup Group A Match Preview & More!
Samuel Eto'o (pictured above) is out with a knee injury for Cameroon's important 2014 World Cup Group A match against Croatia. Both teams desperately need goals, but now Cameroon is at a disadvantage against the impeding Croatian offense. Though you might not be cheering for either side, this is sure to be one of the most exciting games of the tournament.
"During the match against Mexico, I tried but after consulting the medical staff we realized that I needed a rest," Eto'o revealed this week about his injury. "Even in the ninth minute, I felt pain."
Cameroon will definitely miss the star player when he's sitting on the bench on not scoring the much needed goals the team needs for this tournament.
Meanwhile, Croatian star Luka Modric was dealt an injury, but coach Niko Kovac reassured fans that he'd play.
"Modric is getting better and I think he will be fit to play while having Mandzukic back is a real bonus because he is aggressive and able to pull the whole team forward," Kovac told reporters. "His approach can scare Cameroon and help Croatia."
These teams need all the help they can get in the second leg of the first round of the tournament. With injuries already setting in, we might be seeing the last World Cup appearances of many of these players today.
