'Pretty Little Liars' Star Lucy Hale's Country Playlist

Lucy Hale, best known for her role in the TV show Pretty Little Liars is also a self confessed country girl.  Just recently, she announced that she will pursue a country music career.

She revealed to CMT that her iPod is full of country music.  

"Along with every other girl in the world, every Taylor Swift song is just like, 'Oh, my God. I totally went through that.' Or, 'She said it exactly like I would've wanted to say it. So I relate to her. A lot," said Hale.

She also gushed about her love for Lady Antebellum saying, "I love Lady Antebellum. I thing their lyrics are so honest -- and sometimes really simple, but honest."
 
Some other country singers she enjoys even though she can't relate to them as much as Swift are Jason Aldean and Toby Keith and Alan Jackson.

The pretty actress also voiced her complaint about the lack of country stations in Los Angeles. 

"Out here in L.A., there are a lot of country fans hiding in the woodwork. But back home in Memphis, there's probably 10 country stations and one Top 40.  Then out here in L.A., it's the opposite. It's just 105.1 [KKGO-FM]. That's the only country station I can find."

Hale also confessed that she is committed to recruiting country music lovers on the set of Pretty Little Liars.  "I'm the country lover, obviously, so when it's my turn, that's what I play. I'm going to convert them all."
