Five Questions HBO’s "True Blood' Needs To Answer During Final Season Premiere!

With just hours away, the final season of True Blood is about to air on HBO. Before we countdown to the last episode, let's think back to the shocking cliffhanger. Here are five burning questions that must be answered when the seventh season premieres.

1) What Happened To Eric?

Just when Bill's blood disappeared and left everyone vulnerable to the sidewalk, Eric (Alexander Skarsgaard) was in the nude, reading his book. He screamed for his dear life as the sun burnt away his skin. Did Pam (Kristen Bauer van Straten) arrive just in time to save him? Or is Eric truly gone?

2) Will Jessica keep her promise to Adylin and Andy?  

Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) killed Adilyn's sisters because she was addicted to their faerie blood.  Hoping to redeem herself, she promised Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer) that no harm would come to Adilyn. Can she really keep her oath if she still has a taste for her faerie blood?

3) Can Alcide and Sookie make their relationship work?

As reported here, Alcide (Joe Manganiello) and Sookie (Anna Paquin) have a steamy sex scene in the premiere. But is the intense sex enough to save their relationship?  I don't know about you but I'm rooting for these two rather than Sookie ending up with Bill (Stephen Moyer).

4) Is there a cure for Hepatitis V?

The Hepatitis V strain was created in a lab and has spread into the rest of the world. Humans face a new crisis with the growing army of infected vampires. We last saw the infected vampires heading towards the social gathering at Bellefleur's Bar and Grill, which is now owned by Arlene (Carrie Preston). Is everyone there dead when the episode starts?

5) What's Bill Going To Do Now That He's Not Billith Anymore?

Now that Lilith is gone, Bill has gone from unstoppable god to a regular bloodsucker. A war is about to explode between humans and vampires. After watching the trailers, how bad have things gotten in Bon Temps that Bill has to team-up with Andy?
