‘True Blood’ Recap: Alexander Skarsgard's Sex Scene In ‘I Found You!’ Plus Sneak Preview Of ‘Fire In The Hole’
As HBO's final season of True Blood continues, the episode title, I Found You, takes on a different meaning to each character, from Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) to Pam (Kristen Bauer van Straten). Let's find out what these Bon Temps natives are looking for and if they get their own answers in the end.
The episode begins with a steamy sex scene between Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kawnten) and Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard). The hunky stars are going at it, ripping their shirts off, and tossing each other around. Turns out, the whole thing was really just a dream Jason was having.
As everyone leaves the church, Sookie still hears their hateful voices. In order to find the kidnapped Holly and Arlene, Sheriff Andy (Chris Bauer) needs to narrow the search somehow. Sookie remembers the dead body she found in the woods. Mayor Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell) tries to get in contact with the feds but has had no luck whatsoever.
Back at the dungeon at Fangtasia, we met the infected H-vamps. One of them is Vivian Harris, the elementary school teacher. Arlene instantly recognizes her after the bloodsucker chewed down on one of her friends. Holly and Vivian try to use that connection to convince her to help them escape. Because Vivian knows she is going to die, each action during her last days count.
Sookie leads the small group to the dead body. The driver's license says the missing girl lived in St. Alice. While the others leave to the neighboring town, Lettie Mae wants Lafayette to use his voodoo powers to summon Tara, but he won't do it. Lettie has an addiction to blood and even harms herself, just so that she can feed off of Willow.
While the rest of Bon Temps are rebuilding Arlene's restaurant, Sam's political opponent returns. He won't follow their leader, who happens to be a shape-shifter. Because there are dead bodies in the freezer, it means the H-Vamps will return. The group has to turn against their mayor and take matters into their own hand; which means breaking into the police station and stealing the gun supply.
Sookie and the others finally arrive at St. Alice, which is an eerie empty town. Echoing Hurricane Katrina, we see the windows boarded up and writings on the walls of buildings. In chalk, people have written "FEMA Help us" and "S.O.S." Frightened to the very core, Sookie discovers a large pit filled with dead bodies.
During the attack of the police station, Kenya switches sides and joins the hate group. When Adilyn (Bailey Noble) uses her faery powers to stop them, she becomes their number one target. In the attic, Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) senses Adilyn is in danger but cannot do anything because it is still daytime.
Back at St. Alice, when the group enters the house of the missing girl, Sookie reads her diary and remembers her first date with Bill. After Sam discovers a dead baby, Andy realizes, "A man ain't nothing without a family," which Jason takes to heart. The diary reveals that after vampire attack after vampire attack, the government just gave up on St. Alice.
In the car ride back, Alcide (Jason Manganiello) asks Sookie if she wants him to keep driving; they could save themselves. In the dungeon, Vivian tries to help Arlene but the infection has spread, causing her to meltdown. No one is getting saved tonight, especially now that the hate group has all the guns at their disposal.
Sheriff Andy arrives home to find Jessica in the attic. Before he can take out his gun, Jessica stops him in a flash. Because Adilyn is in danger, Jessica really wants to rescue her. The question is, will Andy go with her?
When the couple gets back home, Sookie kisses Alcide, then runs off to the cemetery, and meets up with Bill (Stephen Moyer). Another runion takes place when Pam finally finds her maker in France.
The episode ends with a shocker. Eric is alive but he's infected with Hepatitis V.
