Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens Back Together? 'Neighbors' Actor Claims 'High School Musical' Ex Was 'The One,' Reignites Dating RUMORS

It looks like there might be a High School Musical wedding on the horizon, at least according to new reports by OK! Magazine. Zac Efron is claiming that he "has a huge regret" when it comes to Vanessa Hudgens. He is revealing that all his partying ways may have cost him the love of his life, in the Spring Breakers star.

The couple, who began dating after meeting on the set of High School Musical back in 2006, left a void in every teenyboppers heart after they broke up in 2010.  Now, according to sources for the tabloid magazine Efron is claiming that Hudgens was "The One."

"He's still crazy about her, and would love to make amends," the magazine is reporting.

Vanessa did reach out her concern for Efron after his party boy ways got the better of him. Last year when the Neighbor's star was facing drug addiction, she said she would be there for him to get him the help he needed if it came down to that.

Zac luckily cheeked himself into rehab and cleaned up after battling with a cocaine addiction. Now that he is sober he might be looking to reunite with his former flame.

However, an insider says that while the two hold each other in such high esteem and shared so many memories together that the relationship, "was a while ago... things change."

Maybe it's just wishful thinking but we hope that these rumors do turn out to be true.
