Billy Unger Arrested, 'Lab Rats' Star Busted For DUI: 18-Year-old Disney Channel Actor Charged After Blowing Crazy .08

It's a tale as old as time, isn't it? Disney stars getting arrested for substance abuse problems?

It seems to be. The latest victim in this never-ending cycle is Billy Unger star of the series Lab Rats. The 18-year-old star was arrested this past weekend on charges of Driving Under the Influence.

On Saturday, while driving down the Pacific Coast Highway, Unger was pulled over by deputy police officers just after midnight and asked to perform a variety of sobriety tests, including a Breathalyzer. The actor blew a .08, which is the minimum your blood alcohol level has to be in order to be brought up on charges for a DUI.

California has a special law in place however, for anyone that is drinking and driving while under the age of 21. The law states that if there is any alcohol in your system when you're pulled over, even if it's less than .08, it is still considered a DUI.

Unger was arrested at the scene and taken to jail where he has since been released.
