Robin Williams Sober Rehab Trip: Comedian "Continues Commitment" To Stay Alcohol And Cocaine Free
Funny man, Robin Williams has re-entered rehab to "maintain long-term sobriety" according to TMZ.
The 62-year-old actor will be M.I.H.A. (missing in Hollywood action) for several weeks while attends a facility called The Lodge located in the Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center near Lindstrom, Minnesota.
The "Good Will Hunting" actor kicked his addiction to alcohol and cocaine in the 1980's and relapsed in 2006, forcing him to enter a rehab center. Although, Robin's representative says he did not relapse and just wants to continue on the right path to sobriety.
"After working back-to-back projects, Robin is simply taking the opportunity to fine-tune and focus on his continued commitment, of which he remains extremely proud," the rep said.
