Justin Bieber will grace the cover of Rolling Stone which will release on magazine stands this Friday (July 20).  Bieber who is now 18 and finally legal speaks about his adulthood and more in the interview.

"I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way.  I don't carry myself as a boy," he told Rolling Stone.

Beiber's 25 million fans consists of mostly young teenage girls who hope to have Bieber as their "Boyfriend."

Did being in a serious relationship with pop star Selena Gomez affect his appeal?  Manager Scooter Braun thinks it may have actually helped added more appeal to the heartthrob's image.

"Personally, I think that's all a bunch of bulls---. Yes, there's gonna be some girls that if they see him with a girlfriend, it kills the dream - but there's also gonna be girls that see him with a girlfriend, hear about the romantic things he does and want him even more," Braun shared.

Bieber has recently released his second single "As Long as you Love Me" featuring Big Sean.  He also debuted at No. 1 on Billboard with his new album "Believe."  The 18-year old Canadian will embark on his Believe tour in September.
