Tina Fey Producing 'Hocus Pocus 2'- Could '30 Rock' Actress Star In Sequel Alongside Melissa McCarthy & Amy Poehler?

Come little children. Tina Fey will take you away, into a land of enchantment.

The 30 Rock star is about to make every child of the '90s dreams come true. The actress is currently working on a sequel to the hit 1993 film Hocus Pocus. The original film which starred Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and the gorgeous Sarah Jessica Parker as the Sanderson sisters has gone on to become a must watch at least once a year, especially on Halloween.

Hocus Pocus 2 will be created by Fey's production company, Little Stanger, and it is speculated the Fey will even be one of the producers on the film. It is not known yet if Fey will star in the film as well, but if it's like the original with three sisters we are hoping Fey, along with Melissa McCarthy and Amy Poehler will star in it.

There is little information known about the film at this time, but from what has been learned, the sequel will pick up many years after the story of the original. It will follow "a housewife who is related to the Sanderson sisters, who teams up with a witch hunter to save her children after they run afoul of some resurrected witches while out trick-or-treating."

Casting for the film has not been released yet, but it was revealed earlier in the year that they were trying to get someone along the lines of Fey as well as McCarthy so our wishes might just come true.
