Justin Bieber told his 25+ million Beliebers about a young aspiring singer Madison Beer on Tuesday (July 17). From that single tweet, the whole world tuned in to Beer's youtube channel and she instantly gained 30,000 Twitter followers.

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is now in talks with Madison Beer.
There is a chance she might also sign onto the label and become Bieber's label mate.
