Judge In Justin Bieber Egging Attack Case Charges The Singer With Misdemeanor Vandalism
MStars News has breaking news in the Justin Bieber egging case. We have just learned that the pop star singer will be charged with misdemeanor vandalism on Wednesday for egging his neighbors California home, according to TMZ.
Bieber will be charged by the L.A. County District Attorney, who is scheduled to file the misdemeanor vandalism charge sometime Wednesday. It took the judge sometime to make the decision on whether to file Bieber with a misdemeanor or a felony, but it appears the judge in the case finally made a decision for the singer to be slammed with a misdemeanor.
MStars News previously reported in January that TMZ aired a video that was shot by the victim, where you could here Bieber's voice during the egg attack. We also reported that police forces were sent to raid the home of the singer after the egging incident.
According to the site, we reported that police officials searched the home of Bieber looking for evidence that linked him to the egg-throwing scandal. The findings would include more eggs and/or video evidence. 11 patrol cars were sent to raid Bieber's house, resulting in a surveillance video to be taken from Bieber's home showing that he was present at the scene of the egging crime.
One prosecutor that was involved in the investigation told the victim of the egging incident that, "If this isn't a felony, nothing is."
Apparently the judge disagrees making the case a misdemeanor. Bieber will be arraigned Wednesday at 1:30 PM PDT, the singer is expected not to be present.
