Michael Jackson's only daughter Paris Jackson tweeted on Sunday morning (July 22), "yes, my grandmother is missing.  I haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now."

Katherine Jackson, 82, was also reported missing on Saturday evening by a nephew after her grandchildren were unable to reach her for a week.  The nephew Trent filed a report at the LA County Sheriff's Office.

It is reported by Katherine's attorney Sandra Ribera that Katherine "has never gone 24 hours without talking to her kids."

One of Katherine's sons Randy Jackson wrote on his twitter, "I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us."

Uncle Jermaine Jackson also said, "This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period,"

Paris, 14, responded to the message, "the same doctor that testified on behalf of dr murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother... just saying"

Katherine's attorney Ribera said, "The kids were trying to get a hold of their grandmother and they haven't been able to reach her for almost a week.  They are told she's unavailable."

Ribera and the children are concerned that Katherine may not be safe.

The homicide-missing persons unit in the Sheriff office has been contacted to investigate the disappearance of Katherine.

This drama occurred in the midst of a family feud that unfolded recently regarding finances and legal affairs related to the late Michael's Jackson's Will.
