Omarion Arrested- B2K Singer & 'You Got Served' Actor Thrown In Jail After Failing To Show Up In Court

"Baby turn around and let me see your hand so I can cuff, cuff, cuff"...or maybe a better headline would be, you got served.

Omarion, aka Omair Grandberry, former B2K boy-bander and You Got Served actor, was arrested over the weekend. The singer was brought to jail for failing to show up to court after receiving a traffic ticket.

The NY Daily News is reporting that Friday morning, Omarion was driving through California's San Fernando Valley when cops pulled him over for running through a stop sign. When the police pulled him over on the traffic violation, they ran his license number only to find that he had a warrant out for his arrest, after failing to appear in traffic court for a prior infraction.

"Our unit did a warrant check and saw he had a ticket he didn't pay that went to warrant," said Dan Thompson, a Lieutenant for the Los Angeles Police Department.

The "Ice Box" singer was arrested on the spot and thrown in a Los Angeles County jail.

He was being held on $20,000 bail, but was released on Friday afternoon at around 3:30 pm.

The actor, who starred in the 2004 film You Got Served, is going to be a father soon as he and his girlfriend Apryl Jones are expecting a son in the next few weeks, according to his social media pages.
