Apparently, Kristen Stewart still has "strong feelings" towards on-and-off again "Twilight" beau, Robert Pattinson. In fact, the 24-year-old starlet allegedly helped her ex-boyfriend secure a lead role in the upcoming crime/drama flick, "Idol's Eye!"
According to HollywoodLife.com, it was always R-Patz's "dream" to work alongside Hollywood legend, Robert De Niro. So, Stewart made that happen after some persuasive talks with "Clouds of Sils Maria" director, Olivier Assayas!
"Kristen talked to Olivier non-stop about how committed Rob is as an actor and as a result he basically got the role in his pocket. Kristen knew how much he wanted to work with Bobby [Robert De Niro]," a rumored source reveals.
IMDb reports that "Idol's Eye" focuses on "a group of crooks get in over their heads when they try to rob a pawn shop." The film stars 28-year-old Pattinson, De Niro, and Rachel Weisz.
