From San Diego Comic-Con 2014, check out the panel video presentation of the upcoming ABC spy series, Marvel's Agent Carter. Series star, Hayley Atwell, discusses what's coming up in the action-packed first season as she continues the Captain America franchise.
In the series, Peggy Carter's spy adventures continue after her time in World War II is over. But returning back home isn't going to be easy as the ex-solider is still reeling from the loss of Steve Rogers. We know she is destined to to start S.H.I.E.L.D, but how does she get there?
Atwell discusses her in interest in playing the strong heroine, "The exciting thing with Peggy is that I feel with haven't touched the size of the adventures she can have and the powers she can have.So the pilot, the very first episode I read, is going to be the beginning of a better opportunity for her to develop as a human being, as well as this super spy."

Louis D' Esposito (Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter) kicks off the first season as the director of the pilot. Screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who already know a thing or two about comics with Captain America: The First Avenger, will be penning the script to the first episode.
Directors Joe and Anthony Russo, the co-directors of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, will contribute to the second and third episodes. Joe Johnston (Captain America: The First Avenger) reunites with his leading lady in the fourth installment. These filmmakers will bring their cinematic vision to the small screen.
