Kevin Durant, Monica Wright Cheating Scandal And Religious Belief Broke Up Engagement

NBA star Kevin Durant's former fiancé, Monica Wright opened up on her break up earlier this year due to the pair heading in different directions.

Wright spoke about her failed relationship and her Christianity during the Minnesota Lynx Faith & Family Night.

"I was engaged last year and it kind of changed that relationship big time because I was going in a direction that unfortunately a lot of people aren't willing to sacrifice their lifestyle for."

Although, Wright claimed that the break up was due to changes, some speculated the break up was caused after his mistress named, Mercedes aired out their affair on Twitter.

"I don't care that KD has a wife, wife or no wife he still f-- the same," Mercedes tweeted before deleting the comment

She later posted, "@KDTrey5 enjoyed seeing you the other night. Men cheat on their wives a lot, stop acting like brand new,!"
