Game of Thrones Season 5 Spoilers: Tania Raymonde, Nell Tiger Free Reportedly Up For Guest Starring Roles
The rumor mill is churning on Game of Thrones Season 5, and two actresses' names have been floated as potential additions to the cast.
Vulture reports Lost alumnus Tania Raymonde and young actress Nell Tiger Free could join the show as Obara Sand and Myrcella, respectively. Raymonde reportedly read for the part of Oberyn Martell's daughter, and a video that claimed to be her audition has been taken down from the Internet.
Nell Tiger Free, meanwhile, is rumored to replace Aimee Richardson as Myrcella to age the character up somewhat. Of course, this is all just rumor and speculation until HBO gives any official word.
This report comes on the heels of another report that Keisha Castle-Hughes has joined the show as another of the Red Viper's eight daughters, possibly Nymeria Sand.
In other news, Entertainment Weekly has reported the names of the directors who will sit in the chair for the 10 episodes of Season 5. Each person will helm back-to-back episodes. Up first is Michael Slovis from Breaking Bad, followed by Mark Mylodfrom Shameless. Then comes Jeremy Podeswa from Boardwalk Empire, Miguel Sapochnik from Fringe and finallyDavid Nutter from Arrow.
Nutter filmed the famous "Red Wedding" episode and also directed The Flash pilot, but everyone else is a newcomer to the show. Noteworthy absences on the list include Alex Graves, Neil Marshall and showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss.
