Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has returned to Stamford Bridge around two years after he left the club that holds his heart. The forward, although a veteran, will join forces with Diego Costa and Fernando Torres, to form one of the most dangerous, and unique sets of strikers in world football. The striker, 36, won 10 trophies at the club, but it seemed like a return was unlikely, however, he rejoins boss Jose Mourinho. Can he win more titles in London?

Drogba explained his hoy, saying "It was an easy decision - I couldn't turn down the opportunity to work with Jose again. Everyone knows the special relationship I have with this club and it has always felt like home to me. My desire to win is still the same and I look forward to the opportunity to help this team. I am excited for this next chapter of my career."

Jose was delighted to bring Didier back, saying "If you bring him back it is not because he is Didier or scored the most important goal in the history of Chelsea, or because I read I need an assistant, no. We want to win matches and win titles and Didier is one of the best strikers in Europe. He is still very adapted to the needs of the Premier League and we are thinking about it in a non-emotional way."

Will Drogba have a big impact this time around? Chelsea had no strikers to depend on last season, but they will this time around, that's for sure.
