Chris Brown, You Have Been Warned! New Neighbor Says “If He Comes Onto My Property, I’ll SHOOT HIM!”

If Chris Brown thinks about pulling a Justin Bieber home invasion he better be prepared. MStars News has learned that the singer's new neighbor is not playing any games.

According to In Flex We Trust, Funkmaster Flex's site Chris Brown's new neighbor knows all about the singer's reputation, and history and is not in favor of Brown's behavior.

The site reveals that the R&B star just moved into a new mansion in San Fernando Valley on the boarder of Malibu, to a town called Agoura.

Brown's rented luxury home includes, 6-bedrooms, a fully equipped ice cream bar, dance studio, billiard room, and a tennis court. In addition, Brown's property includes enough space to garage at least 75 cars.

IFWT, reveals that gossip site, TMZ talked to Breezy's new neighbors, as he expressed his anger with new addition that has been added to the neighborhood. "It can be the devil. I can care less. I don't care if they're having orgies. It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn't trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him," the new neighbor warned Brown.

Let's just hope Brown's partying entourage follows the rules and regulations so that fans won't have to see Brown on trial in the future against his neighbor.
