Kylie Minogue steams things up with Elvis’ granddaughter in the upcoming movie Jack and Diane (VIDEO TRAILER)
Australian-born Kylie Minogue, known for her poppy tunes including the hit "Locomotion," returns to acting with her role as a tattooed lesbian in the upcoming romance-drama "Jack and Diane," set to hit theaters in November.
The released trailer for "Jack and Diane" features a teaser scene between Minogue and co-star Riley Keogh, where they are filmed entering a steamy and intimate encounter. Keogh, the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, plays tough-skinned American Jack in the film, a lesbian who falls in love with the innocent British girl Diane (played by Juno Temple). Minogue plays the role of Tara, a homosexual with a rather creepy demeanor, a character who adds just a little bit of zest to this already horror-inflicted romance film.
Released by Magnolia films and written and directed by Bradley Rust Gray, "Jack and Diane" debuted at this year's Tribeca Film Festival. The film follows the struggles and heartbreaks of young love as Jack and Diane try to make their relationship work, even with Diane's impending return to Europe and her odd tendency to experience werewolf-like visions when fueled by sexual desire. Available On Demand on September 28, "Jack and Diane" will hit selected theaters starting November 2.
