August Alsina's too young for YMCMB sweetheart Nicki Minaj - the former "American Idol" diva even referred to her "No Love" collaborator as a "little brother from another mother" on Instagram:

So, no - the two rapper's aren't dating.

But that doesn't mean that 31-year-old Minaj is single...

Rumors still suggest that she's in a serious, committed relationship with a guy named Safaree Samuels. In a recent interview with Fader magazine, the "Pills N Potions" songstress is asked to comment on her romantic relationship with Samuels. According to Bustle.com, the interviewer reveals:

I mention that there are new tabloid rumors that she and Samuels were recently engaged, and she stares straight ahead for several moments, expressionless, as though she's trying to will the question away.

Interesting...

Apparently, Samuels is Minaj's "best friend" and he was initially hired as her personal assistant. Things eventually grew from there (via Wiki Minaj, ha). If all the dating hype is true, they've been together for over ten years. Wow.
