Alyssa Lynch, Taylor Russell McKenzie, Tiera Skovbye Girl-Fight In Lifetime's 'The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story' [Watch Video]
Lifetime has released its first clip from the highly anticipated docudrama, The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story. During the heyday of the popular NBC teen soap, the entire cast just cannot go through at least one photo shoot session without getting into a full argument.
As reported here, the cable network announced they were were making a behind-the-scenes movie based on Dustin Diamond's tell-all memoir. During Saturday morning,s viewers wanted to see who the popular cheerleader Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) would choose between the jock, A.C. Slater (Mark Lopez) or the cool guy, Zach Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar). No matter how many times she shot him down, Screech (Diamond) would never give up on his unrequited love for Lisa Turtle (Lark Voorhies).
In the clip, we see Theissen (Alyssa Lynch) flirting with Gosselaar (Dylan Everett) during their photo session. Like their TV alter egos, there must have been chemistry going on off-screen. Voorhies (Taylor Russell McKenzie) can't stand her brunette competitor getting all the attention. Too bad for Elizabeth Berkley (Tiera Skovbye) who struggles to keep the peace.
The three female starlets end up getting into a nasty cat fight. With their nails unleashed, Theissen and Voorhies end up in a shoving match. Berkley has to keep her fake smile beaming while separating the two.
If you thought the girl-fight was bad, check out the tension between the male cast members. The scrawny Diamond (Sam Kindseth) calls the bulked-up Lopez (Julian Works) "a prick" straight to his face; those are fighting words.
