With only 3 episodes left, HBO has so far teased a very bleak ending for everyone involved on True Blood. With Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer), Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) and Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) all infected with Hepatitis V, is there any hope at all now that Sarah Newlin (Anna Camp) is the cure?

In our recent recap, the fleeing fugitive found herself hiding at the camp site of the Light of Day cult. With their flashy cars speeding down the road, Eric (Skarsgard) and Mr. Gus (Will Yuen Lee) are heading straight towards her. Will Sarah escape one more time? Or will they get their revenge on the runaway?

Camp tells TV Guide what will happen in the confrontation, "I see the cars pull up, and I actually end up deciding to sacrifice myself." The Pitch Perfect actress continues, "I believe that I am the new Messiah, and the best thing to do is to tell the truth, and to go out there, and just surrender."

In their deal, Eric will take a sip of Sarah's blood first, in order to cure himself. Then, Mr. Gus will synthesize her bloodstream in order to make 'New Blood.' But by the time it takes to fabricate the cure to the masses, will Bill have already met his demise from the infection?

Just because Sarah gives herself up, that does mean Eric and Pam (Kristen Bauer van Straten) are going to forget what she did to them.
